BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the staff of the Community Development
Department of the City of Lubbock to submit a substantial change request to the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2014-2015 Action Plan of the City of
Lubbock's 2014-2018 Consolidated Plan allowing the Community Development Department to
decrease funding for its Rehabilitation Program and increase funding for its New Construction
Program. Said substantial change request is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as
if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
