Also, all holes for bolting must be drilled in the accepted manner and the burning of said holes shall not be acceptable under any condition Further, no holes shall be drilled in top or bottom flange of truck from unless drilling is confined to the section behind the rearmost attachment of the rear spring hangers or for pre-formed factory-made rail bolt holes for subsequent body 1t installation.
