HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2016-R0332 - Purchase - TX PSWCJSI Fund - Workers Comp Coverage - 09/22/2016Resolution No.2016-R0332 Item No.6.16 September 22,2016 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the City Manager of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to purchase for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock,workers'compensation coverage from the Texas Political Subdivisions Worker's Compensation Joint Self-Insurance Fund, for a premium amount not to exceed $1,565,047.00;and THAT the City Manager may execute any routine documents and forms associated with said coverage.
