CDA has entered into the Agreement with the City for providing professional services relating to the design, plans, and specifications for the renovations and of the 191 Street Senior Center located at 2001 191 Street, Lubbock, Texas. This Amendment No. 2 increases the original Agreement and Amendment No. 1 from $49,600.00 to $57,400.00, an increase of seven thousand eight hundred dollars and zero cents ($7,800.00). The expiration date of the Agreement per Article I shall correspond to the completion date of the 19'h Street Senior Center Renovations Project revised to or May 1, 2016. This amendment includes work associated with the additional Professional Services due to the increased project scope (Attachment A). All other portions of the original Agreement and previous Amendments shall remain in place and are not altered by this amendment.
