USE; AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the easements as hereinafter desc ' the body of this Ordinance are no longer needed for easement abed in use; and it would be in the public interest to close, vacate and abandon the same easement purposes and for public use, and it would poses and for public I and abandon the same; NOW THEREFORE: e public interest to closer be in the BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1.
