HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2005-R0266 - Amendment - Urban Renewal Plan Areas 27 And 10 - 06/23/2005Resolution No. 2005-RO266 Item No. 41 June 23rd, 2005 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock does hereby approve and adopt an amendment to URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AREAS 27 AND 10 from the existing Urban Renewal Land Use of R-1, Residential Single -Family to C -2A, Commercial "Restricted Local Retail District" as set forth in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the Council. Passed by the City Council this 23rd day of Tune 2005.
