RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, THE City of Lubbock, Texas passed Resolution No. 2005-R0126,
March 24, 2005, a reimbursement resolution expressing intent to finance expenditures to
,be incurred; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock desires to amend Resolution
No. 2005-RO126 to increase the amount of equipment that is to be financed through the
master lease—purchase obligation to not exceed $12,500,000; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock hereby amends Section 2 of
Resolution No. 2005-RO126 dated March 24, 2005 and the attached Exhibit A to read as
follows:
"Section 2. The Issuer reasonably expects that the maximum principal amount of
tax-exempt obligations issued to reimburse the Issuer for the costs associated with the
property listed on Amended Exhibit A attached hereto will not exceed $12,500,000."

AMENDED EXHIBIT A
Scheduled Master Lease purchases include, but are not limited to, the purchase of
replacement light duty utility vehicles, public safety vehicles, heavy machinery, major
software systems, minor environmental control systems, technology replacements, and
other necessary operational equipment. The estimated cost of the vehicle and equipment
is $12,500,000.
