HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2005-R0154 - Ammendment To Resolution 2005-R0126 - 04/14/2005-&--cavtulton tVo. 2005-RO154 April 14, 2005 Item 22 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, THE City of Lubbock, Texas passed Resolution No. 2005-R0126, March 24, 2005, a reimbursement resolution expressing intent to finance expenditures to ,be incurred; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock desires to amend Resolution No. 2005-RO126 to increase the amount of equipment that is to be financed through the master lease—purchase obligation to not exceed $12,500,000; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock hereby amends Section 2 of Resolution No. 2005-RO126 dated March 24, 2005 and the attached Exhibit A to read as follows: "Section 2. The Issuer reasonably expects that the maximum principal amount of tax-exempt obligations issued to reimburse the Issuer for the costs associated with the property listed on Amended Exhibit A attached hereto will not exceed $12,500,000." The estimated cost of the vehicle and equipment is $12,500,000.
