Our office is agreeable to issuing a Quit Claim Deed releasing the area as described in the legal description marked Exhibit "A", for an administrative fee of $2,500, payable to The Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Company. The City will be responsible for any recording fees. If the City is agreeable to the above, please have them sign below on both copies and return both copies directly to me for further handling. We will then forward the Agreement for final approval by The Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Company and for preparation of the Quit Claim Deed.
