HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2007-R0391 - Contract For Bioterrorism Preparedness - Dept Of State Health Services - 08/23/2007Resolution No. 2007-RO391 August 23, 2007 Item No. 5.28 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Contract No. 2008- 022931-001 CPS-Bioterrorism Preparedness and any associated documents with the State of Texas acting by and through its Department of State Health Services, which Contract and any associated documents are attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and which shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
