RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock hereby adopts the following items to _be
added to the previously approved legislative priorities for the 78th State Legislative Session
defining the position of the City of Lubbock, subject to the Omnibus Legislative Policy as set
forth in Resolution 2002-R0525. Said additional Legislative priorities are attached hereto and
incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of
the City Council.
