HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2002-R0356 - Resolution Appointing Ronnie Hamilton - Farm Service Agency - 09/17/2002Resolution No. 2002-RO356 September 17, 2002 Item No. 34 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Power of Attorney appointing Ronnie Hamilton to act for the City of Lubbock for agricultural programs with the Farm Service Agency, and all related documents. Said Power of Attorney is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
