RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Quitclaim Deed in favor
of Larry Davidson, and related documents. Said Deed is attached hereto and
incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the
minutes of the City Council.

QUITCLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock,
State of Texas, hereinafter called "GRANTOR", for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR in
hand paid by LARRY DAVIDSON, hereinafter called "GRANTEE", the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE and
FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said GRANTEE, all of GRANTOR'S rights, title and interest
in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock
State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit:
METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION of a 0.137 acre tract located in Section 14,
Block E-2, Lubbock County, Texas, being further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in the East right-of-way line of Orlando Avenue and
in the South line of Section 14, Block E-2, said spike bears N. 89°59'05" E. a distance of
1,172.93 feet from the Southwest corner of Section 14, Block E-2, Lubbock County,
Texas;
THENCE N. 00°01'10" E., along the East right-of-way line of Orlando Avenue, a distance
of 70.00 feet to a %' rod set with cap;
THENCE Southeasterly around a cure to the left, said curve having a radius of 15.00 feet,
a central angle of 90°02'05", tangent lengths of 15.01 feet and a chord distance of 21.22
feet to a''/i" rod set with cap;
THENCE N. 89059'05" E. a distance of 92.99 feet to a %z" rod set with cap;
THENCE S. 00°01'10" W. a distance of 54.99 feet to a railroad spike set in the South line
of Section 14, Block E-2;
THENCE S. 89059'05" W., along said South line of Section 14, Block E-2, a distance of
108.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights,
privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEE, his heirs
and assigns forever, so that neither the GRANTOR, its successors or assigns, nor any persons
claiming under GRANTOR shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right to the
title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof. Grantor reserves itself a
blanket utility easement across this property being quitclaimed.
