Being 0.09 acres of land out of a 5.52 acre tract of land located in Section 10, Block JS, E.
L. & R. R. R.R. Co. Survey, Lubbock County, Texas, said tract of land was conveyed by
deed dated April 13, 1993 by Bobbie Jean Wilson to James D. Farmer and wife, Drue
Farmer and recorded in Volume 4167, Page 16 of the Real Property Records of Lubbock
County, Texas, which said 0.09 acres is more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a %2" iron rod, found in the. existing West line of Milwaukee Avenue for
the Southeast and beginning corner of this parcel, whence the Southeast corner of said
Section 10, Block JS, bears South 87'37'36"East, 50.26 feet and South 02°21'22" West,
1076.10 feet;
(1) THENCE North 87°37'36" West, 13.35 feet to a %2" iron rod with cap, set in the
proposed West Right -of -Way line of said Milwaukee Avenue for the Southwest corner of
this parcel;
(2) THENCE North 04°51'45" East, :along the proposed West Right -of -Way line of
said Milwaukee Avenue, 160.95 feet to a i/2" iron rod with cap, set in the proposed West
Right -of -Way line of said Milwaukee Avenue for a corner of this parcel;
(3) THENCE North 02'26'11 " East, along the proposed West Right -of -Way line of
said Milwaukee Avenue, 409.08 feet to a '/2" iron rod with cap, set for the Northwest corner
of this parcel;
(4) THENCE South 87037'12" East, 0.90 feet to a 1/2" iron rod with cap, set for a
corner of this parcel;
(5) THENCE South 88°58'05" East, 5.15 feet to a %2" iron rod, found for the Northeast
corner of this parcel;

Being 0.34 acres of land out of a 5.52 acm.tract of land located in Section 10, Block JS, E.
L. & R. R. R.R. Co. Survey, Lubbock County, Texas, said tract of land was conveyed by
