A Purchase Order will be issued by the City of Lubbock and covers the category of items shown below, and no other, during the period beginning November 28, 2000 and ending November 27, 2001. The purchase order number must be on the invoice sent to the City of Lubbock for payment. The City of Lubbock shall not be responsible for payment of any invoices except those orders placed pursuant to this agreement. 2. Category of Items (see attached listing): 3. Inc. fails to perform in accordance with their proposal dated November 6, 2000.
