ORDINANCE NO. 5577
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 5412 COVERING ZON
CASE NO. 1429-A WHICH COVERED TWO (2) TRACTS OF LAND SITUATED IN
SECTION 4, BLOCK E .. LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS,. BY CORRECTING SAID
ORDINANCE TO REFLECT THE ACTION OF THE COUNCIL.
WHEREAS .. after all conditions precedent had been complied with,. the City
Council heretCfore held a public hearing on Zone Case No. 1429-A; and
WHEREAS,. after such public hearing, the City Council authorized certain
amendments to Zoning Ordinance No. 1695 and the official Zoning Map of the City
of Lubbock; and
WHEREAS., Ordinance No. 5412 .. as published, did not reflect the action and
·ntent of the City Council in establishing the zone boundary in relation to the appro d
cut and fill plan., and a correction is now necessary; NOW THEREFORE:
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 5412 BE and is hereby amended an
orrected to reflect the action and intent of the City Council by causing the propert
overed by the zone change ordered in Section 1 thereof to include the following
escribed property:
RACT A. BEGINNING at a point which is N89°5713011E., 60.0 feet and S0o0 03t33" ~
45,0 feet of the northwest corner of Section 4, Block "E11, Lublx:>ck
County, Texas; Thence N89°5713011E in the south line of 66th Street.,
a distance of 185 .. 0 feet; Thence N82°4613911E, in the routh line of 66
Street, a distance of 120.00 feet; Thence N89°57130"E, in the south
line of 66th Street,. a distance of 400.00 feet to the northwest corner
and point of BEGINNING of this tract;

e correction hereby ordered shall be reflected in Ordinance No. 54121 and said
racts or parcels of land described in Section 1 hereof shall be changed to the Zonin
istrict indicated and the Official Map ;shall be corrected in accordance herewith.
