AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it is neces-
sary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an
approved project;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUI'CIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond
fund, to-wit: Street Improvement Funds
The sum $ 36,250.00
For the following purpose:
Acquisition of Parcel 1, Avenue X right of way, from Mr. Walter W. Brand.
Legal description is attached. GWO 10656
AND IT IS SO ORDERED
Passed by the Council on first reading this 12th day of September
