CITY OF LUBBOCK. LUBBOCK COUNTY. TEX Y REPEALING THE CONDITION MADE A PART OF SUCH ZONE CHANGE AND ROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. WHEREAS. the City Council finds that after all notices have been given and hear ·ngs held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest of the citizens of the Cit of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law as hereinafter set forth, NOW THEREFORE: E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 3738 of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby amended so that the condition imposed thereby on the following described property: BEGINNING at a point which bears North 527.5 feet from the Southeast corner of Section 6, Block E-2, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE West 140 feet; THENCE North 77° West a distance of 365 feet; J THENCE West 120 feet; THENCE North 312 feet; THENCE East 120 feet; THENCE South 77° East a distance of 321.67 feet; THENCE East 182. 23 feet; THENCE South 321.75 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. AND which condition reads as follows: "Subject to the condition THAT the development of the property shall conform with the development plan submitted by the proponents, and on file with the official Minute Exhibits in the office of the Secretary of the Planning and Zoning Commission. 11 THAT such condition BE and is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause publicatio of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative method provided by law. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
