WHEREAS, after all conditions precedent had been complied with, the City Council heretofore held a public hearing on Zone Case No. 1531-A; and, WHEREAS, The City Council authorized certain amendments to Zoning Ordinance No. 1695 and the Official Zoning Map of the City of Lubbock, 'Iexas; and,: WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5472, as published, did not reflect the action and intent of the City Council and a correction is now necessary; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 5472 BE and is hereby amended to correctly reflect the action of the City Council by deleting therefrom the following property described in Section 1 thereof: Lots 14 through 16, Block 12, Scharbauer's Subdivision SECTION 2. THAT from and after passage and effectiv.e date of this Ordi-nance said lots, tracts and pardels of land described in Section 1 hereof shall be deleted from the changes ordered in Ordinance No. 5472 and the Official Map is amended in accordance herewith.
