WHEREAS, the proposed change in zoning districts as hereinafter made has
een duly presented to the Zoning and Planning Commission for its recommendatio
hich was received by the City Council and after due consideration., the City Counc ·

WHEREAS, all conditions precedent required by law for a valid amendment to

' SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 1695 and the Official Zoning Map BE and th

Change a tract of land out of Section 10, Block E ... 2, Lubbock County., Texas,
from an "R .... l 11 to "AM" zoning district. J::>roperty is further described by
metes and bounds to ... wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the north line of said Section 10, 1321.391 west
of the northeast corner; said point also being in the centerline of 66th
Street, City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, where it intersects the
east line of Salem Avenue;
THENCE South along the east line of Salem Avenue 476.61t to· a point in.

THENCE West along the south line of 67th Street 402.5f to a point;
