AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it is neces-
sary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an
approved project;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond
fund• to-wit: Traffic Light
The sum$ 4,282.79
For the following purpose: City1s share of the installation1s cost of
R.R. crossing flashing signals on Chicago Avenue at the P. and S. F.
R.R. crossing.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED
