HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 5432-1968 - $24,306.00 Appropriated Out Of Street Improvement Fund - 03/14/1968FORM L-2 0 RDINANC E NO. _ _,5::....4=-=3:..::2'---- AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it is neces- sary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an approved project; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond fund, to-wit: Street Improvement Fund The sum $24,306.00 For the following purpose: Acquisition of Parcel 2, Project RW8005~1"1, U.S. Hwy. 84~87 (Howard Johnson Motel~South Traffic Circle) The award of the special commissioners in condemnation in Cause No. 141, County Court at Law No. 2 of Lubbock County, Texas, The State of Texas vs. Leonard Wilson, ET AL, was $24,3060 00. The legal description is attached hereto.
