REHOVD!G UNIT NUHBERS 1035, 1042, 1043 and 1054 FROH THE FIRST PJL~AGRAPH
OF THE ORDINANCE.
lfdEP~AS , the heading of Ordinance No. 1017 erroneously listed
30th Street as having assessments levled for paving, and the first paragraph
of Ordinance 1017 erroneously listed Unit numbers 1035, 1042, 101.3 and
1054 to be improved by raising grading, filling and paving and by ineta11ing
concrete .curbs and drains;

I.
THAT the lll'ords "3oth Streetn be cancelled from the he~ding of
Ordinance No . 1017 and that the Unit Numbers 1035, 1042, 1043 and 1054 be
cancelled from the first paragraph of Ordinance No. 1017.
II.
THAT the changes specified in Sec·tion I be, and such changes shall
in no way affect any other part of Ordinance Number 1017.
III.
That no liens or assessments are made on any property described in
Unit Numbers 1035, 1042,. 1043 and 1054.
