ORDINANCE NO. 7499
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 6995 OF THE
CITY OF LUBBOCK, ZONE CASE NO. 1985-A: LOTS 1 THROUGH 56,
LA COLONIA ADDITION, CITY OF LUBBOCK, LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS,
BY AMENDING THE SITE PLAN MADE A PART THEREOF; PROVIDING A
SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that after all notices have been
given and hearings held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest
of the citizens of the City of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law
as hereinafter set forth; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 6995 of the City of Lubbock
BE and is hereby amended so that the site plan made a part thereof shall be
voided and the revised site plan approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission on June 7, 1977, be made a part thereof.
SECTION 2. THAT the amendment made in Section 1 hereinabove
shall apply only to the property described therein covered by Ordinance
No. 6995.
SECTION 3. THAT should any paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase
or word of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any
reason, the remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
SECTION 4. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause
publication of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative
method provided by law.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
