HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 7192-1976 - Amending Zoning Ord. #7052 By Amending Conditions - 01/21/1976-'\ KJ/nh ORDINANCE NO. 71 92 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 705 2 OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK BY AMENDING THE CONDITIONS MADE A PART THEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLI- CATION. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that after all notices have been given and hearings held as"provided by law, that it is in the best interest of he citizens of the City of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law as hereinafter set forth, NOW THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 7052 of the City of Lubbock, Be and is hereby amended by amending condition No. 1 thereof to read as follows: 111. Tracts A & B: Development shall be limited to Savings and Loan Office, Office Tower and C-2 Retail Uses, with maximum height of building limited to 75'. 11 Section 2. The change stated in Section 1 above shall not affect the remaining conditions and provisions in Ordinance No. 7052. Section 3. That should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby. Section 4. That the City Secretary i.s hereby authorized to cause publication of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative method provided by law. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
