after descr !bed shall BE arx1 the same is hereby closed, vacated am aban-
doned for easeuent p.1rposes and for public use:
The East tt.O feet of Lot 170, Raintree Addition to the City of
Lubbock, Itt>bock County, Texas.
SECl'ION 2. ~ the City Engineer shall mark the official maps of
the City of lJlbbock to indicate said abandoning and closing, showing the
JllJII:ber of this Ordinance and the date of its final passage.
SECl'IW 3. THAT should any section, paragraph, sentence, phrase,
clause or t.Ord of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid
for any reason, . the remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected
thereby.
SECl'ION 4. ~the City Secretary is hereby authorized and di-
rected to cause publication of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance
as an alternative IIethod provided by law.
