AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 7084 OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK,
ZONE CASE NO. 2118-B, CHANGE A TRACT OF LAND OUT OF SECTION 15, BLOCK E-2,
CITY OF LUBBOCK, LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS, BY MIENDING THE SITE PLAN MADE A PART
THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 1-5 OF THE CITY CODE;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that after all notices have been given
and hearings held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest of the
citizens of the City of Lubbock to make the change in the znning law as here-
inafter set forth: NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 7084 of the City of Lubbock BE
and is hereby amended so that the site plan made a part thereof shall be revised
to incorporate that site plan approved by the City Council on August 23, 1979.
SECTION 2. THAT the amendment made in Section 1 hereinabove shall
apply only to the property described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which bears East 299.69 feet and South 3093.00
feet from the Northwest corner of Section 15, Block E-2, Lubbock County,
Texas, said point being the Southeast corner of Tract "B", Lakeridge
Country Club Estates;
THENCE Southwesterly, around a curve to the right, said curve having
a radius of 993,70 feet, a central angle of 15°09'32", tangent lengths
of 132.25 feet, and a chord distance of 262.19 feet;
THENCE North 79° West a distance of 270.00 feet;
THENCE North 00°50'36" East a distance of 154.42 feet;
THENCE North 11° East a distance of 110.00 feet to a point in the
South line of Tract 11B11 , Lakeridge Country Club Estates;
THENCE South 79° East along the South line of said Tract "B", a distance
of 286.94 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SECTION 3. THAT violation of any provisions of this Ordinance shall be
deemed a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars as
provided in Section 1-5 of the City Code.
SECTION 4. THAT should any paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word
of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the
remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby.

SECTION 5. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause publi-
cation of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative method
provided by law.
