AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 7370 OF THE CITY 0~
LUBBOCK, ZONE CASE NO. 1235-E., CHANGE .LOTS A AND PARK SITE. C. C.
LEFTWICH ADDITION, CITY OF LUBBt9CK, LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS, BY
AMENDING THE SITE PLAN ~DE A PART THEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVIN.GS
CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
WHEREAS., the City Council finds that after all notices have been given and
hearings held as provided by law., that it is in the best interest of the citizens of
the City of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law as hereinafter set forth:
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 7370 of the City of Lubbock BE and
is hereby amended so that the site plan made a part thereof shall be revised as
follows:
~;"_-,fl'hat a new site.plan, as approved by the City Council on February
23, 1978., be adopted in lieu of the site plan previously in effect; if the
units are ever converted to non-elderly housing, off-street parking must
be provided at standard zone parking ratios.
SECTION 2. THAT the amendment made in Section l hereinabove shall apply
only to the property described as Lots A and Park Site, C. C. Leftwich Addition., etc.
SECTION 3. THAT should any paragraph, sentence,. clause, phrase or word of
this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason., the remainder
of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
· SECTION 4. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause publica-
tion of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative method provided
y law.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
