J. coLEMAN ziS XD.BttidN. FRoM AN "A" To AN "F11 DISTRICT (LOCATED AT CLOVIS ROAD, EMORY STREET AND AKRON AVENUE). WHEREAS, the proposed change in Zoning Districts as hereinafter made has been duly presented to the Zoning and Planning Commission for its recom- mendation, which recommendation was received by the City Commission, and after due consideration, the City Commission finds that making the propose d change as hereinafter set out will be in the public interest; and, WHEREAS, all notices have be en given in compliance with Section 25 of Ordinance 661, as well as notic.es provided by Article 1011£, Revised Civil Statutes, as amended, and notice was duly published on September 7, 8, and 9, 1952 in the Lubbdck Morning Avalanche, and the public hearing, a;cording to said notice, was held at 2:00P.M. on September 25, 1952~ the City Com- mission Room on the first floor of the City Hall, Lubbock, Texas, at which time persons appeared in support of the proposal; and, after said hearing it was by the City Commission determined that it would be in the public interest, due to changed conditions, that the Zoning ·Ordinance and the Zoning Map be amended in substantial compliance with the proposal; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 661 and the Official Zoning Map BE, and the same are hereby amended as follows, to-wit: (1) Zoning Case #1395 -Change Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three {3), Block Four (4), A. J. Coleman Second {Zd) Addition, from an. 11A" to an 11F 11 District (located at Clovis Road, Emory Street and Akron Avenue). From and after passage and effective date of this Ordinance, said tract above referred to shall be changed to the Zoning District. indicated and the Official Zoning ~pis hereby amended in accordance herewi th. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
