AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.661 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF LUBBOCK, CHANGING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND THREE (.3) m BLOCK NINE (9),
MCCRUMMEN 1S 2ND ADDITION, FROid A "B" DISTRICT TO A "F" DISTRICT; CHANGING LarS
ONE (1) TO SIX (6), INCLUSIVE, IN BLOCK 225, ORIGINAL TOWN OF LUBBOCK, FROM A
non DISTRICT TO AN ~Hn DISTRICT; AND CHANGING LOTS EIGHT (8) TO THIRTEEN (13),
INCLUSIVE, m BLOCK EIGHT (8), PACCRUMMEN 1 S 2ND ADDITION, FROM A "B" DISTRICT TO

WHEREAS, all notices have been given in compliance wit h Section 25 of
Ordinance No. 661, as well as notices provided b,y Article lOllf, Revised Civil
St atutes, as amended, and notice was duly published on April 23, 24, 25, 1950,
and t he public hearing on said notice was held at 2:.30 o'clock, P. AL, on May
11, 1950, in the City Commission room on the second floor of the City Hall,
Lubbock, Texas, at which time per~ons appeared in support of the proposal, and,
after said hearing, it was by the City Commission determined that it would be in
the public interest that the following Ordinance and the Zoning Map be amended
in substantial compliance with the proposal, THEREFORE,
BE IT OP.DAIJII'"ED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TEE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT, Ordinance No. 661, and the official zoning map be, and the same is,
hereby amended as follows, to-m. t1
1. Change the property known as Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), in
Block Nine ( 9), McCrummen 2nd Addition, from a nB" District to an '~Ftt
District.
2. Change all of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5),
and Six (6) in Block 225 of the Original Town of Illbbock, from a
ncn District to an "H" District •
.3. Change all of Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11),
Twelve (12), and Thirteen (13), in Block Eight (8), N~Crummen 2nd
Addition, from a "B" District to a "G" District.
From and after passage and effective date of this Ordinance, said Lots
above referred to shall be changed to the Zoning Districts indicated, and the
Qfficial zoning map is hereb.y amended in accordance herewith.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
Passed and approved this, the 11th day of May, 1950.
