AN ORDINANCE Al.lENDING ORDINANCE NO. 661~ AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF LUBBOCK, TO EF.FE<fT THE roLLOWING CHANGES IN GEARHART SUBDIVISION, TO-WIT:
LOTS 1~ 2~ 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 JUij) 11, BLOCK 2, AND LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, BLOCK 3,
FROM AN "A" TO AN 11 L" ZONING DISTRICT. ALL OF BWCK 1, LOTS 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 161
17, lS, 19, -20,_ 21, 22 AND 23, BLOCK 2, AND LOT 6, BLOCK 3 1 F.ROM AN "A" TO AN "H"
ZONING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the proposed change in Zoning Districts, as hereinafter made, ha$
been duly presented to the Zoning and Planning Commission for its recommendation,
which recommendation was received qy th~ City Commission and, after due considera•
tion, the City Commission unanimously finds that making the proposed change as
hereinafter set out will be in the public interest; AND, filed 1.
