WHEREAS, all notices have been given in compliance with Section 25 of Ordi- nance No. 661, as well as notices provided by' Article 1011£, Revised Civil Statutes, as amended, and notice was duly published on April 12, 13, 14, 19501 and the public hearing to said notice was held at 2:.30 o'clock, P. ~~ on April 27, 1950, in the City Commission room on the second floor of the City Hall, Lubbock, Texas, at whioh time persons appeared in support of the proposal, aDd, after said hearing, it was by' the Ci t7 Commission determined that it would be 1n the public interest that the following Ordinance and the Zoning !Ep be amended in substantial compliance with the proposal, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BI THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCXa THAT, Ordinance No. 661, and the official zoning map be, and the same is, hereby amended as follows, to-wiU 1. Change all t he property between Third (.3rd) Street, and Fourth (4th) Street, from College Avenue West, to the Panhandle and Santa Fe Railroad Right-of-Way, from a "B• to a "J" Zoning District. 2. Change Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), which are the most Easterly lots in Block Eighteen (18), of a replat of the Countrr Club Addition, from an "A" to a "B" Zone; Change Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (.3), and Four (4), which are the most Easterly lo~s in Block Twenty-three (2.3) of a replat of the Countr.y Club Addition, from an "A" to a UB" Zone; Change Lots Five (~) through Sixteen (16), in a replat of Block Eighteen (18), of the Countrr Club Addition, from an trAn to a trGtt Zone; Change lots Five (5} through Sixteen (16), of a replat of Block Twenty-three (2.3), of the Country Club Addition, from a.n "A" to a "G" ZoneG From and after passage and effective date of this Ordinance, said Lots above referred to shall be changed to the Zoning Distriot and the official Zoning Map is hereqy amended in accordance herewith.
