WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the street portio6s hereinafter
described are no longer needed for street purposes and for [ublic use; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it would be in the public interest to
close, vacate and abandon the same for street purposes and !for public use;
NOW THEREFORE:
i! BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL or THE CITY or LUBBOCK:
