AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it is neces-
sary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an
approved project;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond
fund, to-wit: Storm Sewer Bond Fund
The sum$ 15,000.00
For the following purpose:
1. $10,000.00 for part of the engineering of Storm Water Drainage Improve-
ments to Central Lubbock.
2. $ 5,000.00 for engineering of Storm Water Drainage Improvements under
railroad tracks at Quaker Avenue and Brownfield Road,
3rd Street and Avenue 0, and 23rd Street and Avenue G.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED
