JARRorT SUBDIVISION., CITY OF LUBBOCK, LUBBOCK COUNI'Y, TEXAS. WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after a hearing thereon., that due to changed conditions, it would be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Lubbock~to make the change as hereinafter set forth: NOW., THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT Condition 3 of Ordinance No. 5095, regarding Lot 1., Block 3, John W. Jarrott Subdivision, an addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County., Texas, which reads as follows: "3. A 50 foot building setback line shall be observed along the we st property line. 11 BE and is hereby repealed. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
