511 in accordance with the recommendations and conditions imposed by the
Planning and Zoning Commission., on file with the office of the Director of Planning
and the City Council., which are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by referenc e
or all purposes~ provided said Applicant agrees to be bound by the terms of the
,pecific Use Permit, the granting of which is hereby made subject to compliance
by said Applicant with all terms of said Specific Use Permit and further subject to
lill provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. 1695 of the City of Lubbock, including
oarticularly but not limited to., Section 14 ... A of Zoning Ordinance No. 1695 within

and the authorization to issue such Specific Use Permit is hereby revoked; and>
the Director of Planning in such event is directed to remove from the Zoning Map
the legend indicating such limited use. The Specific Use authorized by this
Ordinance is for a new car dealership., under the provisions of Section 14-A. 1 .. 8
from the Zoning Ordinance, on property de scribed as a tract of land extending
621 t east of Slide Road and 460t south of 50th Street, City of Lubbock., Lubbock
County., Texas.
SECTION 2. THAT if any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence,
clause, phrase or word in this Ordinance, or application thereof to any person
or circumstance is held invalid,_ such holding shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portions of this Ordinance., and the City Council hereby declares
it would have passed such remaining portions despite such invalidity.
SECTION 3. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause
publication of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance, together with the savings
clause,_ as an alternative method provided by law.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
