AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 5247, ZONE CAS
NO. 1459, AS PERTAINS TO A BUILDING SETBACK FROM PARKWAY DRIVE,
ON A TRACT OF LAND OUT OF SECTION 2, BLOCK A, LUBBOCK COUNTY,
TEXAS, BY CHANGIN'G CONDITION No. 2.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds, that after all notices have been given
and hearings held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest of the citizens
of the City of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law as hereinafter set
forth: NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Condition No. 2 imposed by Ordinance No. 5247,
Zone Case No. 1459., on a tract of land out of Section 2, Block A, Lubbock
County, Texas, which reads as follows:

2. That all buildings erected on said property shall be set back a minimu
of 60 feet from the north property line, 100 feet from the east property
line., and 60 feet from the south property line; provided, that such set back
provisions shall not apply to the northeast corner of said property where a
service station may be erected.
BE and the same is hereby amended as follows:

2. That all buildings erected on said property shall be set back a minimu
of 60 feet from the north property line, 100 feet from the east property line, and
60 feet from the south property line;provided, however, the 60 foot setback
from the the north property line, along Parkway Drive, shall not be required
from the west property line of said tract to a point 150 feet in a northeasterly
direction along the north property line in the event a service station is construct
ed on said property.
