AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it is neces-
sary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an
approved project;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDA!NED BY THE Cl1Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond
fund, to-wit: WATER CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
The sum$ 16,648.71
For the following purpose:construct water lines ahead of paving program at the
following locations: East 14th St. from Guava Ave. to Keel Ave. $1,378.75
East 15th St. from Vanda to Teak Avenue; Teak Ave. from E. 15th
St. to Idalou Rd.; W.\ of Keel Ave. from E. 15th Pl. to E. 15th
St.; E. 15th Pl. from June to Keel
48th and 49th St. from Elkhart Ave. to Chicago Ave.; Elkhart
Ave. from 48th to 49th
N. Ave. T from Marshall St. to Harvard St.; Harvard St. from
N. Ave. U to N. Av~. T
E. 14th St. from Date Ave, to 5001 E. of Elm Ave.
Alley between 23rd and 24th St. from Flint Ave. to Elgin Ave.
