AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 4724 OF THE CITY
OF h UBBOCK, BY REPEALING CONDITION NO. 2 MADE A PART THEREOF;
PROV!BJ:NG A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLiaATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that after all notices have been given and
hearings held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest of the citizens
of the City of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law as hereinafter set
forth; NOW THEREF-ORE;
BE IT RESOLVED BY TH'E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 4724 of the City of Lubbock, BE and is
hereby amended by repealing Condition No. 2 rm.de a part "thereof.
SECTION 2. THAT should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause., phras
or word of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason,
the re:rm.inder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
SECTION 3. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause
publication of the descriPtive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative method
provided by law.
