AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it is neces-
sary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an
approved project;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond
fund, to-wit: Street Improvement Fund
The sum$ 35,200.00
For the following purpose: Acquistion, through condemnation, of Parcels 3
and 14, College Avenue. Amounts shown are the awards of the Special
Commissioners. GWO 10495
Parcel 3. David Martin, et al, Cause No. 852, County Court at Law No. 1.
Property is Lot 1 and the East 28 feet of Lot 2, Block 6, Ellwood Place,
an Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, Save and Except
that part of said Lot 1 previously conveyed to the City of Lubbock. Award
of the Special Commissioners is $19,700.00.
Parcel 14. D. W. Sherrill, Et ux, Cause No. 853, County Court at Law No. 1.
Property is Lot 22, Blnck 8, Del Mar Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas. Award of the Special Commissioners is $15,500.00.
