AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it i~ neces-
sary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an
approved project;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUl'l:IL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond
fund, to-wit: Street Improvement Fund
The sum$ 9,074.31
For the following purpose:
Adjustment of 1011 HIP Pioneer
Highway 87 at Chaparral Road.
This is an actual cost utility
utility adjustment agreement.
Natural Gas Company line across U.S.
Loop 289 Highway Project RW783"2H2. GWO lOi~.
adjustment and is not covered by separate
