WHEREAS.,. the City Council finds., after all notices have been given and hearings held as provided by law., that it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law as her ei after set forth., NOW THEREFORE:' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT Condtion 2 in Section 1 of Ordinance 3691 which reads as follows: 112. All future buildings shall be set back a minimum of sixty ( 60) feet from any street property line. 11 BE and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 112. (a) All future buildings shall be set back a minimum of sixty ( 60) feet from any street property line, except a minimum lot-setback will be allowed beginning at a point 601 east of Memphis Avenue and iot north of the north right-of-way line of the service road and extending due east to a point 601 west of the west right-of-way line of Knoxville Avenue." (b) All buildings erected on the tract of land south of Lot 204A,, Murryhill Addition., Second Installment shall be set back a minimum distance of 1001 from West'tproperty line of .sairetract of land-> the same being the East line of the existing North-South private street which extends from 50th Street to the North property line of the Murryhill Addftion, Second Installment.
