0..,\3 . · FIRE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK SO AS TO REMOVE CERTAIN 1
1 1 -PROPERTY FROM FIRE ZONE NO. 2.
WHEREAS •. the City Council finds that it is no longer ne1cessary to have
the property described in Ordinance No. 4890 in Fire Zone No. 2 to protect the
lives, safety, and property of the citizens of the City of Lubbock; NOW THEREFOR :
BE.:.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 4890 Ee and the same is hereby :repealed.
SECTION 2. THAT the "FIRE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK11
duplicate original located in the Building Insepctor1s Office shall be amended in
accordance herewith by the Building Inspector or at his direction, and this
change shall constitute an amendment to Fire Zoning Ordinance No. 1447 and
Section 1601, Part IV, Chapter 16 of the Lubbock Code of Ordinances, relative
to Fire Zones.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED."'
