WHEREAS, certain figures have been prepared for the use of General Revenue Sharing -Entitlement Period XII Funds and same has been submitted to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the said proposed budget was duly examined at the public hearings ordered to be called by the City Council and held on February 26, 1981 and March 26, 1981, after due notice, as required by law; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at the conclusion of said public hearing, is of the opinion said budget is appropriate and correct in all respects and that all requirements of law have been satisfied; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the budget proposed for General Revenue Sharing - Entitlement Period XII funds is hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 2. THAT the several amounts, as set forth in the proposed budget are hereby appropriated to the objects and purposes therein named. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
