AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE I i I I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it is necessary I to appropriate certain specific funds for an approved project; NOW THEREFORE: I I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT there BE and is hereby appropriated out of the following described fund, to-wit: Fund 30 Capital Reserve, the following sum: 6063: Residential Collections 3 Sideloader packer barrels • $46.275.00 TOTAL $46,275.00 Such sum is required for the purchase of equipment needed in residential sanitation. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
