HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2019-R0401 - Commercial Lease Amendment With Wilkerson Properties - 11/05/2019 Resolution No. 2019-RO401 Item No. 6.11 November 5, 2019 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: I l THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Commercial Lease Amendment to that certain Commercial Lease, Resolution No. 2010-R0592, by and between the City of Lubbock and Wilkerson Properties concerning property located at 1611 10`h Street, Lubbock, Texas, and related documents. Said Amendment is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
