TION, CITY OF LUBBOCK, LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS, DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM FIRE ZONE NO. 2 TO FIRE ZONE NO. 3: DIRECTING THE BUILDING INSPECTION ADMINISTRATOR TO INDICATE SUCH CHANGE 0 THE OFFICIAL FIRE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK. WHEREAS, the City Council finds thatconsideration of the property in-volved, the adjoining property and the safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of Lubbock requires an immediate change in fire zones: NOW THEREFORE: ' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the Fire Zone Map of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby amended to change the following tract of land from Fire Zone No. 2 to Fire Zone No. 3: Lots 9 and 16, Block 58, Overton Addition, City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas . SECTION 2. THAT the Secretary of the Planning and Zoning Commissio shall notify the Building Inspection official of the change above and the Buildin Inspection official is hereby authorized and directed to change the official Fir Zone Map of the City of Lubbock in accordance herewith.
