This Ordinance abandons and closes a dedicated 20' by 240' north-south alley located north of 23rd Street and just east of Albany Avenue, and the closure is for replatting and building expansion. The proponent of this closure is Richard Webb, builder. The area being closed is 4,800 square feet and it will remain a Utility Easement.
