WHEREAS, the City Council finds that after all notices have been given and hearings held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law as hereinafter set forth; NOW THEREFORE: BE:IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No, 5848 of tne City of Lubbock, which authorized the issuance of a Specific Use Permit in Zone Case No. 1055 covering a tract of land out of the W / i of the NE/ 4 of Section 10, Block E-2, Lub bock County, Texas,. as more particularly described in said ordinance, BE and is hereby amended by revising the site plan controlling development on such propert with the revised site plan approved and signed by the Mayor and attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 2. THAT the change granted in Section 1 above shall apply only to the property described herein, and nothing contained herein shall otherwise alter, change or affect the remaining terms and conditions of Ordinance 5848 in any manner. SECTION 3. THAT should any section, paragraph, sentence., clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason., tte remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected tnereby. SECTION 4. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause pub- lication of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative method pro- vided by law.
