AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 5307 OF THE CITY 0
LUBBOCK COVERING ZONE CASE NO. 1490 ... A, BY AMENDING CONDITION 1 A
4 THEREOF TO D~VELOP THE TRACT ACCORDING TO A REVISED SITE PLAN:
COVERING LOTS 1 AND 2., FIESTA AUTOLAND CENTER ADDITION TO THE CIT
OF LUBBOCK. LUBBOCK COUNTY. TEXAS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that aftere.'.111 notices have been given and
hearings held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest of the citizens of th
City of Lubbock to make the change in the zoning law as hereinafter set forth;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 5307 of the City of Lubbock BE and
is hereby amended so that condition one (1) and condition four (4) shall henceforth
read as follows:
1. THAT developmept't shall be in accordance with the revised site plan
presented and approved this date, which is adopted and made a part of this
Ordinance for all purposes, the revised site plan is identified as final site
plan, Zone Case No. 1490 ... A., dated June 23, 1971. and initialed by the
Mayor, J. H. Granberry.
4. THAT a 61 solid permanent type screening fence be erected and perma ..
nently maintained along the West~ South and East property lines. The fenc
along the West property line shall be of brick construction. Vehicular
traffic shall be permitted through the fences as shown on the revised site
plan approved this date.
SECTION 2. Should any section, paragraph., sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the
remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
SECTION 3. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause publica-
tion of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative method provided
by law.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
