RE: Second Reading Ordinances Legal Publication
Dear Patti:
Office of
City Secretary
Due to an oversight, the attached list of ordinances will need to be published once a week
for two consecutive weeks. We need to have these published on two consecutive
Saturdays, hopefully November 5th and November 12th. The Release No. is R-2335 and
the Account No. 1211.8304. The total number of words equals 1,011 @ 59¢ a word
which totals $596.49 for each publication ($1, 192.98 for both publications).
If a diskette, using MicroSoft Word for Windows, would help you, please call Lori Walker
at 767-2026.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
